Deposit.
Is made to secure the property for the date of your holiday. It is 20% (non-refundable) of the total amount payable for the price of your holiday, made on booking the property for the date you require, with the full balance outstanding being paid 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
If the booking is made less than 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival, the payment for your holiday which includes the deposit and balance must be made in full. Once you have booked and paid your deposit you have entered into a legal binding agreement with the proprietors.
If the balance is not paid 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival then we will assume that the booking has been cancelled on your part, and the holiday will be re-advertised, as available to let.
Booking
There is a king size bed, two single beds including a trundle bed in the property and a bed settee in the lounge therefore the maximum number of persons who can be accommodated at The Mill is six.
The number of persons in the booking confirmation are the only persons entitled to use the property.
Unfortunately, we operate a no pet policy.
A travel cot and baby gate are available upon request.
Cancellation of the Booking.
If you are unable to continue with the booked dates, due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately as we may be able to offer you alternative dates. If you wish to cancel within 4 weeks of your arrival, we can only offer you a refund if we are able to re-let the accommodation for those dates.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bookings at any time, if cancelling your booking for reasons beyond our control we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund. We would be unable to accept further liability beyond this.
Arrival/Departure
Check in is at 4pm at the day of arrival
Check out by 11am at the day of departure.
You will be informed of the key safe box number to access the property, within the welcome letter.
House Do’s and Don’ts.
• No Smoking/Vaping, inside the Mill.
• Please use the enclosed patio area as your own space, do not enter the gate onto the bank.
• No naked candles or open flames, in the Mill. (except for the gas hob)
• No dogs or pets.
• No excessive noise after 11pm.
• Disposable wipes must not be flushed down the toilet.
• Please observe the Country Code.
LIABILITY –
We do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions.
You are responsible and liable for any damage/breakages you cause to the accommodation or contents of the properties. There may be a charge for damaged or missing contents. We understand that accidents can happen, and we do not normally charge for minor breakages/damages but would appreciate being informed as soon as possible.
